No, you cannot have God without Jesus.
God is a Triune God (God - The Father, God - The Son, God - The Holy Spirit). Father, Spirit and Son are not three different Gods, but three persons in One God.
No one can come to God the Father without the mediator Jesus. God cannot tolerate sin, and we can never become sinless on our own, by our own efforts. Our self-righteousness is as filthy rags to God.
Only by having Jesus's perfect righteousness imputed on us can we stand right before God.
That is why Jesus said, "I am The Way, The Truth and The Life".
1 John 2:23 - No one who denies the Son has the Father, whoever acknowledges the Son has the Father also
John 14:6 - Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.
Acts 4:12 - Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is no other name under heaven given among men, whereby we can be saved.
John 6:50- This is the bread which cometh down from heaven, that a man may eat thereof, and not die.
